I heard your famous name even in Chinese website. Here i just want to put my two cents here about the future of politic and democracy development.

Nowadays no matter it is congress or government election, multi-parties competition is almost the symbol of democracy. One party will be elected down or stay while another party will substitute or not. So this election is composed by 2 tasks, which is a retention election of a party and select a new candidate from another party. In the past, by democracy revolution, the politic system was split to be three. Now it is the time to split the political system further to be 5. Congress, government and judicial system plus public retention election and philosophy and law exam system to screen down unqualified politicians. The concept seems new. In fact, this concept has been used in American judicial system of each state since 1964. Public vote down justices although public does not select a justice to fill the empty.

If I open my imagination, I guess that many shortcoming of multi- parties system will be overcame by this new democracy. The simple reason is smiple. To Split power makes political system more stable. Democracy is used to screen down unqualified politicians since the lower level of government. Democracy is not a platform to initiate fighting or conflicting inside a country any more.

Now USA does not know that their judicial retention election system is the primary model of the new democracy evolution. 100 years ago, the first Chinese president Sun of China Republic put forth his 5 power constitution. He added 2 new power. If people do not use these 2 new to split election, it is still multi-parties system and the 2 new powers will be redundant. Taiwan is an example. I hope tha this new solution will solve the problem when implementing democracy around the world anywhere, not matter it is devloped countries under periodically economical crisis attack or developing country. Using weapon to grab power will disappear and Using propaganda to stimulate ballot to grab power should be almost substituted by screen down unqualified politician, justice or congress member from each government level. Then the public can go to do their own business while leaving the society management to the real experts in the government.
