But, you have to remember, Chinese worker themselves are very noble and takes on great hardship with very low pay.

Chinese are working in long term and working with very thin and low margins in their business; not that I fully agreed with the compensation model, but this is a factors which you have to be taken into consideration.

No Western firms and business purchaser is going to voluntee to increase their cost of their purchase from China.  So, much of this wage factor should also have to be asked by the Chinese worker themselves.  If they collectively saying to the Chinese manufactures, either give us more wages, or we collectively walk out the factory.

Collectively as a people, Chinese are the most hard working, least amount of complains worker in the world.  Chinese in general making a far better worker then these Lazy Mexican.

But, to answer part of your question, Chinese people in general should be more demanding instead of as current passive workers.

Hopefully, with education, more and more new generation of Chinese worker will stand up for themselves.  Over all, the averages wages inside China is gradually creeping up higher.
