The U.S. seems to think that now is the time to wage a war on China even though there may not be a moral justification for such a war. The reason is that in a few more years China will be a much stronger opponent.

One or two trillion dollars could be unilaterally imposed by the U.S. on China.China may win a conventional war against the U.S. To deter the U.S. from resorting to using nukes on China, China must have a credible nuclear deterrent force; China must accelerate building such credible nuclear deterrent force.
