then you deserves to be killed by his African slaves.  Given the large profit margin, why not just double or three time the minimal national wage to be given to these African miner?  Even at USD $500 per month, you are still racking in massive profits, so why being so cheap?

After all, as a foreigner in Africa, you sure don't want to stir trouble and making enemies of the local black population. 

When you are amount a sea of poor African, your only protection is the workers under you and around you for protection.  You want to be in great terms with your workers for protection.

Any stupid Chinese who ventured into Africa should learn some basic and commonsense.  I would be surprise if not more Chinese being target and killed by the local if they treating their employee as slave worker.
