Think about it, China by jointing the Europe's Galileo, setting the American against the European.  What better ways to poison pills these old Europe with New America?

Also, by the isolation and eventual exit of Galileo, China are forced to focus on their own GPS system and now running ahead of these dirty European Galileo system. 

For only $270 million, that is cheap to destroying the unity of the West.
