and some interesting possibilities:

If u want to sound modest, convert your local currency to nominal $ and tell others u're poor. The official poverty line of RMB 2300/yr/capita is a small amount.

If u want to brag(guess who...), convert u local currency at an earlier more favourable rate to nominal $ then to ppp$/'macdonald big mac index'(beef or no beef) and guess what, now u have a poverty reduction to celebrate and brag
