you can tell that the owner of the site does not welcome flame baiting other than the occasional digs. Acutally, it's not just the owner; many members do not want the forum to be the site of a rallying call for Chinese to rise against the adversaries. Time and again, the mod issues warning but some people persist to make this site like some American redneck hate site. But this is a Chinese site, one to champion and gloat about Chinese defense technology and other achievements, discuss Chinese life and political system, etc. It's obvious that the owner does want this to be a hate site.

He monitors for the pattern of subjects posted that surrepticiously show that the poster has been consistently trying to whip up a frenzy. If Filipinos, Koreans, Vietnamese or Indians see that Chinese readers have been making infammatory statements against them, they are going to return in kind and hate us Chinese even if they had not before. We do not want tjhis site to become a breeding ground for hatred against Chinese. We do not want Jappy2 to post inflammatory pictures to spite us.

In some countries,  you could be arrested for posting racist attacks.
