If you know that someone uses multiple accounts, why not automatically (as a matter of policy) ban all secondary accounts?

You 'moderators' sound like a bunch of weaklings who just cannot bring themselves to ban anyone for anything. Tell me who was banned in the last year and for what. Maybe I'll have a higher opinion of the 'moderators'.
