if Dolly Lomo has any sense left, he and his minions/sponsors should leave the Olympic Games alone. He can achieve nothing there. I think pulling out of the Games is too drastic, it's not worth to let the hard work of Chinese athletes go to waste because of the Dolly Lomo. Something more subtle like pulling out of Leeds may be more appropriate, but I suspect Dolly Lomo would act like a pestering fly.
