China and Phillipine over those islands.  Actually I am concern with China and all others in islands disputes, what will ever come of it?  Will China handle this matter differently with Phillipine, Vietnam and Japan?   With the PLAN getting stronger, will China get away from peaceful rise?   Presently can PLAN send some Luda 2 type 51 destroyers to add some teeth?  Reason being, CHN is not sending the newest and the best - if they were damaged or sunk, no big lost and use that as reason to start shooting.    I think CHN can handle as spendid little war with Philippine and VietNam just as the American did with Philippine and Cuba and called their Spanish American War  a  "SPENDID LITTLE WAR". And if that happened, I wonder how the Japanese will think or do.
