There is at maximum 10 million Indians with any 1st world skills. That is being really generous because those Indians who have 1st world skills prefer to leave India. Let's say they drive Indian consumption and indirectly employ 20 fellow Indians to 1. So now we are looking at 210 million "useful" Indians. That still leaves 1 Billion useless Indians. That's why India runs a fiscal deficit no matter what. They are doomed. Indians think China is unsustainable when in reality it is India that cannot last with 200 million doing well and 1 billion dirt poor.
